The registration deadline for each program and group is 2 weeks before the start date.

For our upcoming summer programming courses, securing a place requires full payment upon enrollment. Please be advised that enrollment capacity is limited, and spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the participant using the provided email address.

Should a participant need to withdraw from the program, they may do so up to 14 days before the program commencement date. To initiate a refund, participants must notify us in writing via email at groups@tendertouchtherapyllc.com. Please note that a processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 14 days before the program start date.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of the program by our organization, all registered participants will be reimbursed the full course fees. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the cancellation announcement.

By enrolling in our summer programming courses, participants are deemed to have agreed to the program requirements and to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
