Tender Touch’s administrative offices reside in our Kenosha and Mount Pleasant Medical Support Services clinics.
Our administrative team lives our values, and plays a vital role in ensuring that our Tender Touch employees and services connect to our communities.
Conveniently located to oversee our Kenosha and Oak Creek clinics, the Human Resource department can be found in our Mount Pleasant location.
Administrative Offices
Our administration offices are primarily located in Kenosha. The administration staff at our clinics include our front desk receptionists, Intake and Billing team, and Patient Care Coordinators. All team members work diligently to make our families’ first experience with us as comfortable and easy as possible! Newly renovated, our administration offices provide a professional yet inviting atmosphere.
Human Resources
Located in our Mount Pleasant clinic, our human resource department easily and efficiently aides all clinics with their HR needs. As a whole, our human resource department works to support, inform, and expand our growing team! It also aids in the collaboration and feedback that is encouraged from all members of the Tender Touch team, especially as we welcome new hires into our clinics!
Medical Support Services: Our Therapy Clinics
Oak Creek, Mount Pleasant, & Kenosha
Our three state-accredited therapy provider locations specialize in Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services. Serving Southeastern Wisconsin, Medical Support Services collaborates with our clients and their care teams to design intentional, creative experiences that foster growth.
Our brand-new facilities in Oak Creek, Kenosha, and Mt Pleasant provide high-quality equipment for therapy sessions in our state of the art gym and treatment rooms.
Oak Creek
Our state-of-the-art Oak Creek location recently opened in February 2020. This clinic is home to a massive indoor playground structure for children to perfect their climbing, swinging, and play skills in a safe and adaptable environment.
Our facility also includes a private apartment suite to provide our patients the opportunity to practice their daily living and feeding skills in a simulated home environment. In addition to the main gym there are several private treatment rooms, including the Snoezelen room, which is a multisensory environment, using lights, music, and sounds to stimulate communication, exploration, and body regulation.
Mount Pleasant
Our Mount Pleasant location is an all-inclusive sensory friendly facility featuring a 4300 square foot gym where our therapists are able to offer play-based therapy services. The gym is outfitted with equipment that allows children to challenge and grow their skills in a safe and adaptable environment. Our state of the art sensory-motor equipment includes climbing apparatuses, suspension equipment, rock walls, slides, crash pads, and jumping equipment.
The mock apartment and bathroom gives our young adults and children the opportunity to improve their daily living skill independence with use of adaptations as needed under the direction of our licensed treating therapists. Other features of our Mount Pleasant site include private treatment rooms and spaces, spacious waiting room and evaluation spaces, and an oral motor/feeding room.
Kenosha
Our Kenosha clinic has been our longest standing location in Southeastern Wisconsin. In June 2022, our facility moved from its original location at 5219 88th Avenue, Kenosha, WI to a newly renovated building at 3615 Washington Rd, Kenosha, WI.
Our new building features 15,000 square feet compromised of gym space, a stage, dedicated speech therapy rooms, outside patio space, and administrative offices. We offer new and innovative programs designed for children, focusing on achieving skills in a play-based environment.
Throughout the year, Kenosha stores over 50 bicycles, including multiple adaptive tricycles, for patients to trial and incorporate into their therapy sessions.

Kid's Gym, Summer Classes, & Events
We Rock The Spectrum Kid’s Gym – Milwaukee is an all-inclusive gym for children of all abilities. With its uniquely designed, sensory-friendly equipment, our gym is the perfect place for children to learn, play, and grow! From open gym play, summer classes, and weekly events, we offer an abundance of resources and activities to families!

In October of 2020, we opened We Rock The Spectrum Kid’s Gym-Milwaukee. Serving the children and families of Southeastern Wisconsin, we are able to continue to help them work on developing their play skills and sensory regulation in a safe and nurturing environment. Located right next to our Medical Support Services’ location, many patients and families we provide therapy services to also utilize the gym and its fun, friendly equipment.
Summer Classes
We Rock The Spectrum provides an 8-week summer program for children ages 4 and up where they can explore their social skills, participate in fun art activities, play games, and much more!
Events
The gym hosts a variety of events for kiddos! From holiday parties to Parents’ Night out, there is always something for children and their families to do!
