Want Fridays off? Work earlier? Or later? Our clinics are open M-F from 7AM to 6PM, with options to work Saturdays and we consider full-time to be 30 hours a week. This means we can work with you to set up a schedule that best fits your life.

Each of our clinics offer equipment, books, toys, and tools that all therapists are able to use. Clinicians are not required to purchase any additional items with personal funds.
Rely on mentorship support during your CF year
We offer a CF Mentor for new grads during their Clinical Fellowship Year. Our on-staff CF Mentors provide guidance and skills development specific to the complexities of their caseloads.

Don’t worry about business-casual
All employees work in a casual dress atmosphere, with many wearing jeans to work. Since our therapists have to move around, yoga pants or scrubs are allowed as long as they adhere to the dress code.
Help plan fun with the Sunshine Club
This group of employees assist with planning theme days, spirit weeks, decorations for special occasions and more! Our company also holds staff bonus games, staff outings, and other opportunities for employees to receive extra perks.
Get involved in the Tri My Best Triathlon
The Tri My Best Triathlon, co-hosted by Tender Touch Therapy and the Kenosha YMCA, is an annual adaptive swim-bike-run event for children and young adults with developmental disabilities. This event is held the first weekend of August each year and is the largest one in the nation! The entire company is encouraged to volunteer and see these amazing kids in action! Patients and outside families train months in advance to participate, and the entire event is a testament of the perseverance the kids are capable of.

Additional Perks
Retirement Plan (401k)
Our 401K savings plan is available to all employees who meet eligibility requirements beginning at one year of employment. We also offer up to a 6% company match for all 401K plans.
Medical Coverage
We offer four different medical plans for all full time employees to choose from. Our company also pays for 50% of the single medical coverage.
Dental Coverage
We offer 1 plan for all full time employees. The plan covers preventative services and some restorative care. Our company pays for 50% of the single dental coverage.
Vision
We offer one basic plan for all full time employees. This is paid for by the employee.
Supplemental Life
We know your family means a lot to you, which is why all full time employees have the opportunity to purchase supplemental life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their children. This is paid for by the employee.
Short Term & Long Term Disability
All full time employees are given the opportunity to sign up for an employee-sponsored short term disability plan for 13 week and/or a Long Term Disability plan. This is paid for by the employee.
