The registration deadline for each program and group is 2 weeks before the start date. This does not include Rockstar Kidz, which is sold in passes that you are free to use whenever, within the expiration date.

To utilize CLTS funds for our Summer Programming and Rockstar Kidz, simply use promo code ‘CLTS’ at checkout. By doing so, you are effectively securing a reservation in the class while we await CLTS authorization.

Subsequently, kindly forward the class information to your case worker, who must then provide confirmation via email at groups@tendertouchtherapyllc.com.

In cases where multiple children are enrolled, and only one is utilizing the CLTS waiver, please ensure separate checkouts for each child.

For our upcoming summer programming courses, securing a place requires full payment upon enrollment. Please be advised that enrollment capacity is limited, and spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the participant using the provided email address.

Should a participant need to withdraw from the program, they may do so up to 14 days before the program commencement date. To initiate a refund, participants must notify us in writing via email at groups@tendertouchtherapyllc.com. Please note that a processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 14 days before the program start date.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of the program by our organization, all registered participants will be reimbursed the full course fees. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the cancellation announcement.

By enrolling in our summer programming courses, participants are deemed to have agreed to the program requirements and to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy. Please be advised that the pricing for the Safari Summer, Little Learners, Handwriting Bootcamp, and Food Explorers programs is predicated on a minimum participation expectation of six individuals. In the event that fewer than six participants are enrolled, it may be necessary to adjust the pricing structure and levy additional charges accordingly.

This measure is implemented to ensure the viability of the program, as failure to meet the prescribed participant threshold could necessitate the cancellation of the entire program. We have taken this proactive step to afford individuals keen on participating in these programs the opportunity to do so, notwithstanding any potential low turnout.

Rockstar Kidz is a fitness and yoga bootcamp exclusively held at our Kenosha Clinic every Thursday from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM. Designed for children aged 10 and above, it offers flexible attendance options with a choice between 5 or 10 class punch passes. These passes come with a one-year expiration date, allowing you to drop in at your convenience and utilize your passes.
