LaToya joined our team in April 2024. She has a background as a Certified Medical Assistant from Computer Systems Institute, a certified pastry chef from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and a cosmetologist from Tricocci University.

She is most looking forward to being a valuable asset as an Authorization Specialist and possibly cross-training into the billing department.

In her spare time, she loves being outside in the sun with her family, hosting bonfires and cookouts. She bakes, binge-watches anything except horror, hangs out with friends, and watches her daughter play basketball, volleyball, and softball.

She joined our team because she’s worked in the field before and knew that she would excel and be great.

She is from Bluff, Illinois, and her favorite snack is cookies and cream.
